For a challenging pipe fitter position within one of our clients in zeeland we are looking for an experienced and skilled Pipe Fitter. In this position you will be responsible for fitting pipe work based on isometric drawings. The pipes vary in wall thickness and diameters, from small to large, both thin- and thick-walled. It is essential that you can work accurately and be able to prepare pipes for the welder, including grinding bevels and making pre-openings.
As a pipefitter in the chemical industry, you will work a lot with different types of machinery, bending machines and saws, and you must be proficient with a grinder. In addition, you are able to independently stitch pipe work together using a T.I.G. welding machine, where necessary. It is also possible to apply for this position as a Zzp'er.

Wat wij zoeken
- Piping fit based on isometric drawings, with accuracy and precision.
- Preparing pipework for welder, including making pre-openings and grinding bevels.
- Use of bending machines, saws, and grinding mills to properly form and prepare piping.
- Stitching of piping with a T.I.G. welding machine as needed.
- Working with pipes of different diameters and wall thicknesses (both thin- and thick-walled).
- Ensuring proper fixturing and assembly of piping.
- Collaborate with welders and other professionals to ensure quality and accuracy of work.
Wat wij vragen
- Demonstrated work experience as a pipefitter in a technical environment.
- Skill in reading and interpreting isometric drawings.
- Experience working with various materials and pipe sizes, from small to large diameters and varying wall thicknesses.
- Proficient in the use of bending machines, saws, and grinders.
- Experience preparing pipework for welders, including making bevels and pre-openings.
- Basic knowledge and experience with T.I.G. welding for bonding piping.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
- In possession of a VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one.
