As a CNC machinist, you will be responsible for setting up, programming and operating various CNC machines, including lathes, milling machines, drilling machines and boring machines. You work with various materials, such as cast iron, sheet metal, construction work and special alloys. It is very important that you can work accurately according to technical drawings and perform the correct fixtures and centering in order to deliver high quality products. It is also possible to apply for this position as a freelancer.

Wat wij zoeken
- Set up, program and operate CNC machines (lathes, milling machines, drilling machines and boring machines).
- Working with various control systems such as Fagor, Heidenhain, Siemens and Fanuc.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Performing machining operations on various materials, including cast iron, normal and special alloys.
- Carefully clamping and centering workpieces, as well as setting zeros.
- Control and monitor the production process and perform quality checks.
- Compliance with safety regulations and ensuring a clean workplace.
Wat wij vragen
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a CNC machinist, preferably in metalworking.
- Experience in programming and setting CNC machines.
- VCA or VCA Vol
- Knowledge of various control systems such as Fagor, Heidenhain, Siemens and Fanuc.
- Skill in reading technical drawings and work instructions.
- Experience with various machining materials, such as cast iron and special alloys.
- Independence, accuracy and solution-oriented thinking.
- Proficiency in Dutch or English is a plus.
